What you need to know:

1. We will be happy to file your license with the county clerk.

2. Two witnesses are needed for the signing of the wedding certificate. ($40 charge if we supply them)

3. There are no blood tests required for your wedding license.

4. You must be 18 years old or have parental consent to be wed.

5. Beach Weddings may require a permit depending on the size and location of your wedding.

6. Obtain your license anywhere in Oregon. County doesn't matter.
