Chores
How are you going to divide up the chores? If you both work full time will you trade off on the cooking, laundry, dishes, bill paying, vacuuming, etc.?

Religion
Does religion play a part in your life? Do you think faith and spirituality are important in a marriage? What is your image of God? The Bible warns about an unbeliever marrying a believer. If you go to church, then praying together and having Bible devotions daily is essential to building up your spiritual growth and bond of faith together.

Decision Making and Communication
How will we make decisions together? Are we willing to face difficulties together or do we avoid conflict? Do we handle conflict well? Are we both willing to work on our communication skills and to share intimately with each other in all openness and honesty? Communication, quickly forgiving offenses, together with a willingness to grow closer together through difficulty, is key to a successful marriage.

Even though you may be very busy with wedding preparations, it is critical that you make time to prepare for your time together by exploring your relationship in more depth.
